My Story

From Foggy and Frustrated
to Focused and Alive

For years I struggled with the same things most people struggle with — a brain that wouldn't quiet down, a body that wasn't reflecting the effort I was putting in, and a daily routine that felt more like survival than living.

I tried the usual approaches. More coffee. More willpower. More productivity hacks. They worked — briefly — and then faded. The problem wasn't effort. The problem was that I was working on the surface while the real issues were buried deeper.

"I didn't need another system. I needed to understand how my mind and body actually worked — and then build from there."

That realization sent me on a different path. I became a Certified 10X Fitness Coach, a Licensed Master Practitioner of NLP, and a Certified Hypnotherapist — not because I had it all figured out, but because I was determined to.

What I discovered changed everything. Real transformation isn't just about what you eat or how you train. It's about rewiring the patterns that keep pulling you back — the mental loops, the subconscious blocks, the habits that run on autopilot beneath the surface.

Focus Fit & Alive is where I share almost everything I've learned along the way. Almost every lesson — because some are still being written.
